Vi er hjul junkies (ikke bare selvdiagnosticeret),
Vi sælger mange af vores hjul, men der er ikke et enkelt hjul, som jeg ikke ville tage fra forsendelsesstativet og sætte på min personlige cykel.
Vi ser på vores firma som et håndværkbryggeri i øl branchen. Øl industrien har et par selskaber i monsterstørrelse, der er kendt over hele verden. De har penge til masseproduktion, ansætter professionelle atleter for at godkende og har en enorm reklamekampagne. De forsøger at appellere til et massemarked og er drevet af salg og overskud. De har investorer til at gøre lykkelige, mange ledelses niveauer og en meget corporate følelse. At tjene et overskud opvejer næsten altid alt andet.
Så er der håndværksbryggerierne. Disse er mindre virksomheder, der er drevet af en passion for at gøre det bedst mulige produkt. Der er ingen kendiserklæringer, ingen større reklamekampagner, bare et internt drev til at lave noget, som de er stolte af at sætte deres navn på. Vi ser WizardWheel ligesom disse mindre håndværksbryggerier. Vi har ikke pres fra investorer eller øverste ledelse til at skære hjørner og producere noget, vi ikke er stolte af at sælge. Vi er drevet af samme lidenskab at have den højest mulige kvalitet, mens du nyder den hver dag.

Introduction
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) comes into force across the European Union on 25th May 2018 and brings with it the most significant changes to data protection law in two decades. Based on privacy by design and taking a risk-based approach, the GDPR has been designed to meet the requirements of the digital age.
The 21st Century brings with it broader use of technology, new definitions of what constitutes personal data, and a vast increase in cross-border processing. The new Regulation aims to standardise data protection laws and processing across the EU; affording individuals stronger, more consistent rights to access and control their personal information.

Order Confirmation
Payment
WizardWheel ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard,Paypal and Mobile Pay. WizardWheel ApS does not store customer credit card information after completion of transaction. Credit card will not be charged before the package has been shipped.
Delivery
WizardWheel ApS ship packages with Coolrunner.dk and partners in Denmark, Europe and World-wide. All shipments are insured and track & trace information will be send to the customer upon shipment from WizardWheel ApS premises. Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped next day.
Warranty
All products from WizardWheel ApS comes at least with a 2 years manufacturing warranty. The warranty includes fault in yarn, fabrics, workmanship and other errors related to manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. Products can either be repaired, changed or refunded depending on assessment case by case.
Returns
Return of products must be notified to WizardWheel ApS within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. The product must be returned in original packaging. WizardWheel ApS reserves the right to reject returns if any products have been used. WizardWheel ApS cannot be hold responsible for any cost related to return of products. Once the returned product is received by WizardWheel ApS, the product(s) are refunded.
